How do I recondition my Yadea KS5 battery?
1 - Confirm your order on Doctibike.com
2 - Receive a Colissimo or Mondial Relay voucher by e-mail within 24 hours.
Print your Colissimo voucher and collect your electric bike battery and charger. If you have a set of keys used to switch on the battery, please provide us with a copy so that the technician can test the battery before reconditioning and also when it leaves the workshop.
3 - Return your battery to us at your nearest post office. Take care with your packaging to protect your battery as much as possible during transport!
4 - Our technicians will repair your battery in Doctibike workshops in France!
5 - You'll receive your original, reconditioned battery at home within 10 to 15 working days.
You'll be able to enjoy your electric scooter again, and ride as you did on the first day!
