At Doctibike, we’re proud to be a certified QualiRépar repairer. This label entitles you to a bonus of up to €45 for the repair of your electric bike battery, funded by the French government. It’s an affordable, eco-friendly, and simple solution to extend the life of your equipment.

What is the QualiRépar label?

QualiRépar is a government-issued label managed by approved eco-organizations (like Ecosystem or Ecologic). It certifies that the repairer meets strict quality standards for repairing electrical and electronic devices.

This means Doctibike commits to:

  • Accurately diagnosing battery faults
  • Repairing in accordance with safety standards
  • Reusing durable parts or components
  • Providing clear traceability of the repair

How much can you save with QualiRépar?

Thanks to the QualiRépar repair bonus, you can get an immediate discount of up to €30 (incl. VAT) on your battery repair, funded by the Repair Fund. This discount is applied directly to your invoice.

Which batteries are eligible?

The bonus applies to the repair of electric bike batteries under the following conditions:

  • Lithium-ion battery used by a private individual
  • Battery no longer under manufacturer warranty
  • Battery with a repairable issue (cell replacement, BMS, connectors…)

For our European customers, only batteries purchased in France are eligible.
