- Understanding the 36/42V Specification
- The 36/42V rating can sometimes be confusing. In reality:
- 36V corresponds to the nominal voltage of the e-bike battery
- 42V corresponds to the maximum voltage delivered by the charger when the battery is fully charged
- This difference is completely normal for lithium-ion e-bike batteries and has no negative impact on charging or the battery’s lifespan.
- This charger is perfectly suited for 36V batteries in compatible Tenways models.
- Product Benefits
- Stable and safe charging
- Compatible with multiple Tenways models
- Sturdy and reliable 1-pin connector
- Ideal as a replacement for the original charger
- Designed to preserve battery performance
- Important Information Before Purchasing
- Before confirming your order, we recommend that you:
- Check the compatibility of the 1-pin connector
- Verify the exact model of your Tenways bike
- Compare the specifications of your old charger
- → A connector incompatibility may prevent the charger from working properly.
- Expert Tips
- To extend the life of your e-bike battery, always use a charger compatible with the manufacturer’s original specifications.
- Charging with an incompatible charger can lead to a loss of performance or premature battery wear.
- It’s also recommended to store the charger in a dry, well-ventilated place and avoid charging cycles in environments that are too hot or too cold.
