The batteries are reconditioned in our workshop in France and come with a two-year guarantee.
If you opt to recondition your battery, you may find that the battery charge indicator and/or the bike display lose some of their functionality.

This compatible 24V multi-brand battery is fitted to the luggage rack of your Makadam, Cycoo or Feu Vert bicycle. You can have it reconditioned in our workshop to 10Ah, 12.8 Ah or 14Ah.
Reconditioning an electric battery is not only more environmentally friendly, it's also more economical: save between 10 and 30% on the price of a new battery!
Reconditioned to 10Ah, this 36V battery offers an average range of 40 km on the road, depending on the conditions in which your electric bike is used (gradient, total load on the bike, etc.). Reconditioned to 14Ah, it will give you an average range of 60km.
The steps involved in reconditioning your battery are as follows:
1 - Confirm your order on Doctibike.com
2 - Within 24 hours, you will receive a delivery note by e-mail.
3 - Send us your battery by dropping it off at your nearest post office. Take care with your packaging to protect your battery as much as possible during transport!
4 - Our technicians will repair your battery in the Doctibike workshops in Villeurbanne (69), France
5 - You'll receive your original, reconditioned battery straight to your door, after 10 to 15 working days.
