Battery Shimano E6100 Saddle tube 36V 13Ah
Shimano batteries are renowned for being the strongest and highest quality batteries on the market.
The indicator lights on this battery will show you the level of charge or remaining autonomy, so you'll know when it's time to recharge or not.
Weighing in at 3.4kg, this battery has been designed to be very efficient, so when you want to insert and remove the battery from your electric bike, you can use the handle at the top of the battery. This makes the task much easier. What's more, it benefits from the plug and play system, so you just insert it and you're ready to go without any synchronization.
The Shimano E6100 battery is mounted on the seat tube of the electric bike frame.

Available in 36V with an amperage of 13Ah, it will allow you to cover between 60 and 70km depending on conditions of use (power of assistance engaged, type of terrain, total weight on the bike, etc.). It's the ideal range to take you anywhere.
If you feel you need more power, this battery is also available in 36V and 17.25Ah. The choice is yours: both batteries are completely compatible with your electric bike, as they share the same casing.
Charging the Shimano E6100 battery
If you wish to recharge your Shimano E6100 battery to 100% of its capacity, you'll need to allow around 6 hours for charging. This battery has a Rosenberger charging connector, so we advise you to keep the charger in a clean place and check the compatibility of the charger, as there are many available.

As you may have read in several places,this battery is compatible for attachment to the seat tube of your electric bikeframe, but more particularly for bikes fitted with a central motor Shimano.
This battery is also compatible with certain Shimano bikes, so be sure to check on your bike that your old battery matches the Shimano E6100 battery.

When charging your battery, be sure to keep it in a dry place at room temperature. If you're no longer using your electric bike, keep your battery's state of charge between 50 and 60%. Finally, if you wish to wash your bike, remember to remove the battery before each wash/cleaning.
