Kuickwheel Aspire Pro electric scooter battery features
Recondition your Kuickwheel Aspire Pro scooter battery . With a capacity of 36V and 12.5Ah, it will allow you to travel an average of 50km (distance may vary depending on your use).
Send us your battery for reconditioning, and our experts will give it a second life in our workshop in France. The energy cells will be replaced to give you the same range as on day one. An alternative to buying new that will save you money but is also more environmentally friendly, as all the faulty energy cells replaced by the Doctibike team are then recycled.
How do I recondition my Kuickwheel Aspire Pro battery?
1 - Confirm your order on Doctibike.com
2 - You will receive a Colissimo or Mondial Relay voucher by e-mail within 24 hours.
Print out your Colissimo voucher and collect your electric bike battery and charger. If you have a set of keys used to switch on the battery, please provide us with a copy so that the technician can test the battery before reconditioning and also when it leaves the workshop.
3 - All you have to do is return your battery to us by dropping it off at your nearest post office. Take care with your packaging to protect your battery as much as possible during transport!
4 - Our experts repair your battery in the Doctibike workshops in France!
5 - We'll send your refurbished battery back to you within 10 to 15 working days.
Enjoy your electric scooter again and get out and about as you did on the first day!
