4. You can't remove the Bosch battery from your bike
The battery may become stuck for several reasons: the lock is seized, dirt has accumulated inside the locking mechanism, pressure from the frame is being applied to your PowerTube battery, or your key is worn.
In this case, try relieving some of the pressure on the battery before turning the key. Clean the locking mechanism and lubricate the lock using a product specifically designed for lock cylinders. Avoid thick oils, as they attract dust and dirt. In some cases, replacing the lock and cylinder on your e-bike may be necessary.
5. The Bosch battery becomes abnormally hot
