Battery reconditioning involves replacing worn-out cell elements (a cell is a cylindrical 18650 battery) with new cells.

• First, we test your battery to determine which elements need replacement. A reliable diagnosis allows us to locate the issue and replace only what is necessary.
  
  
• In the case of reconditioning, your cells have reached the end of their lifespan. Therefore, we open the battery, remove the worn-out cells (which are then sent for recycling), and replace them with brand-new, high-quality lithium-ion cells (Samsung, LG, or Panasonic).
  
  
• Once the battery pack is assembled according to power (voltage) and capacity (amperage), the cells are welded together using our spot welding machine.
  
  
• We then install the electronic circuit, which protects, controls, and balances the battery. This electronic circuit is called a BMS (Battery Management System).
  
  
• Quality tests are performed to verify the performance and cycle potential of the new battery assembly.
  
  
• The cells are then insulated with a heat-shrinkable PVC sleeve to prevent short circuits.
  
  
• Finally, everything is placed back into the original battery casing.
