Reconditioning your Toplife bike battery at Doctibike
Our expertise and experience have given us the necessary insight into electric bicycle batteries on the French and European markets. As the reconditioning process progresses, our technical teams are perfectly familiar with Toplife electric batteries.
By reconditioning your battery in our workshops, you will not only give your electric bike a new lease of life, but you will also extend its lifespan. We refurbish your original battery. This process is much more environmentally friendly, and it also ensures that the repaired battery is fully compatible with your electric bike.
How do I recondition my Toplife battery?
1 - Confirm your order on Doctibike.com
2 - Within 24 hours you will receive a Colissimo or Mondial Relay voucher by e-mail.
3 - Return your battery to us by dropping it off at your nearest post office.
4 - Our technicians repair your battery in Doctibike workshops in France!
5 - You'll receive your initial battery, as good as new, at home, after 10 to 15 working days.
You'll be able to ride your bike just as you did in the early days!
