- → Warning: Neomouv chargers are not universal. Even if the voltage appears to be the same, an incompatible model may damage the battery or fail to function properly. It is essential to:
- • Check the voltage indicated on your battery (36V/42V, 24V/29.4V, or 48V/54.6V).
- • Check the part number on the back label of your original charger: SHC-8100LC or LBC100201.
- • Ensure that your battery is a Greenway 36V model with a capacity of 9Ah, 11Ah, or 15Ah, and not a Phylion battery.
- Expert Tips
- To extend the life of your e-bike battery, avoid leaving it fully discharged for too long and recharge it in a dry environment at room temperature.
- Unplug the charger once charging is complete and store it away from moisture.
- If you have any doubts about compatibility, always refer to the instructions on your original battery and charger before use.
- Feel free to contact us with photos of your battery’s label, the battery itself, and the charging connector: [email protected]
