The Neomouv 36V 2A charger is designed to safely recharge 36V lithium-ion batteries fitted to Neomouv electric bicycles.

A battery marked 36V corresponds to its nominal operating voltage.
When fully charged, its voltage reaches around 42V. So it's perfectly normal for a charger designed for a 36V battery to deliver a maximum voltage of 42V at the end of the charge.
This guarantees a full charge in line with the battery's technical specifications.

To guarantee the long life of your Neomouv battery:
Use only a compatible 36V charger specifically designed for your brand of bicycle.
Avoid repeated full discharges to preserve the lithium-ion cells.
Store your battery in a dry environment at a moderate temperature when not in use.
