Like all Bosch batteries, this battery is protected against deep discharge, short-circuit and overheating.

When charging your battery, be sure to keep it in a dry place at room temperature. If you no longer use your electric bike, keep the battery's state of charge between 50 and 60%. Finally, if you wish to wash your bike, remember to remove the battery before each wash/cleaning.
