  • Integrated directly into the bike frame, it preserves the aesthetics of your bike while guaranteeing the quality, reliability, and renowned performance of Bosch.

  • Please note: This battery is exclusively a Horizontal model. Be sure to verify that your bike is equipped with a Bosch PowerTube Horizontal battery before placing an order.

  • This battery is compatible only with non- Bosch Smart System models, which can be identified by their oval connector.
  • It is not compatible with the Bosch Smart System, which features a round connector.

  • The Bosch PowerTube 400 Wh Horizontal and 500 Wh Horizontal batteries have the same dimensions and are interchangeable.
  • However, the PowerTube 625 Wh is longer and cannot be installed on a frame designed for a PowerTube 400 or 500.

    • Before placing an order, carefully check that your bike is equipped with a PowerTube Horizontal Non- Bosch.
    • The easiest way is to check your battery’s connector: oval = compatible; round = Smart System, not compatible.
    • If you’re replacing a 400 Wh Horizontal PowerTube, you can install this 500 Wh version without any modifications, as both batteries have the same dimensions.
    • However, since the 625 Wh PowerTube is longer, it requires a frame specifically designed for this capacity.
    • To maintain your battery’s performance over the long term, charge it in a dry place at room temperature, avoid storing it when fully discharged, and keep the charge level between 50% and 60% during prolonged periods of inactivity.
    • Finally, always remove the battery before cleaning your bike to protect the electrical components.
