A diagnostic assessment carried out by our technicians makes it possible to determine whether your battery can be reconditioned. Reconditioning is particularly suitable when the casing, BMS and connectors are still in good condition. If the battery is too damaged or cannot be reconditioned, purchasing a new battery will be necessary. If you purchase a new battery from Doctibike, we offer to deduct the cost of the diagnostic assessment from your purchase. We can also recycle your old battery.

It generally costs 20 to 50% less than a new battery and allows you to keep the casing and components of your battery that are still working properly.
