How much autonomy can you expect from Bosch PowerTube 400?
With 400 Wh (36V and 11A), this battery gives you an average range of 75 km, depending on the conditions in which you use your electric bike (terrain, gradient, total weight on the bike, etc.).
Need more range? Opt for the Bosch PowerTube 500 battery: with 500 Wh of power, you'll enjoy an average range of 90 km, depending on how your bike is used.
How many hours does it take to charge the Bosch PowerTube 400?
Charging time
With a standard charger, the Bosch PowerTube 400 battery is fully charged in 3h30. It reaches 50% of its charge in just 1h30.
With a rapid charger, the battery is fully charged in just 2h30.
With a compact charger, the battery is fully charged in 6h30.
Which charger to choose?
If you have an original Bosch charger, it is fully compatible with Bosch PowerTube batteries. So there's no need to buy a new one.

The PowerTube 400 and 500 batteries have the same dimensions and are therefore interchangeable. However, the PowerTube 625 is larger and therefore not compatible with your bike.
Tips for maintaining your battery
Bosch batteries are protected against deep discharge, short circuit and overheating.
When charging your battery, be sure to keep it in a dry place at room temperature. If you no longer use your electric bike, keep your battery's state of charge between 50 and 60%.
