TRANSPORT IN THE CASE OF DIAGNOSIS OR RECONDITIONING

If you order a reconditioning or diagnosis of your battery on the www.doctibike.com website, you will be charged a total of €20 inc. VAT for postage. This amount includes sending your battery to our premises and returning it to you once the reconditioning or diagnosis has been completed.

To send your battery to our premises, you will need to pack it carefully according to the instructions below, print out the delivery note you received by e-mail and drop off your parcel at your nearest drop-off point.

Packing your parcel carefully when sending a battery for diagnosis or reconditioning

Pack your parcel carefully! Make sure your battery is well protected so that it is not damaged during transport. We advise you to follow these steps:

  • 1. Choose a sturdy cardboard box/package for each battery, of an appropriate size (not too big, not too small) so that your products are immobilised and not damaged during transport.
  • 2. Protect the products you are sending inside the parcel by surrounding them with bubble wrap, polystyrene flakes or air cushions, to help immobilise the products.
  • 3. Separate the products one by one and seal the parcel with adhesive tape. To prevent the keys from getting lost in the box, you can tape them to the battery.

ATTENTION: The keys should only be attached if they are used to ignite the battery.
