Ordering from us is easy!

We process your request as soon as we receive it but to shorten the processing time, we need the following information for each order

• The brand of the bike / the model

• The year

• The battery technology: Lithium for example

• The characteristics of the battery: Voltage and amperage

• The malfunction observed: end of life or sudden stop

If possible, a visual of the battery label and the charge/discharge plugs

With these key elements in hand, we guide you towards the most suitable solution for your needs: replacement battery or reconditioning.

Our service guarantees

We guarantee to process your orders within 8 to 10 working days from receipt of your batteries in case of reconditioning

We also guarantee no loss of capacity and no compatibility problem between your bike and its battery in case of reconditioning.
