Warranty returns: reconditioning

 

1/ In the event of a fault with your battery reconditioned by us, please contact us by e-mail at sav@doctibike.com with the following parts:

- Reconditioning invoice
- Detailed breakdown
- Photo if required
- Form completed via this link

2/ Our response within 48 hours:

- We will give you a returns number
- We will send you a Colissimo delivery note for the battery
- You will receive a returns form to fill in and send back to us with the battery

3/ Once we have received the battery, we will contact you within 10 days of diagnosing the battery: après diagnostic de la batterie :

- If the fault is covered by the warranty, we will carry out the repair
- If the fault is not covered by the warranty, we will provide you with a quotation
- If no fault is detected, we will invoice you for the cost of the tests before sending the battery back to you

Warranty returns: new products

 

1/ In the event of a defective product, please contact us by e-mail at sav@doctibike.com with the following documents:

- Product invoice
- Detailed breakdown
- Photo if necessary
- Form completed via this link

2/ Our response within 48 hours:

- We will give you a returns number
- We will send you a Colissimo delivery note for the product
- You will receive a returns form to fill in and return to us with the product

3/ Once we have received the product, we will contact you within 10 days of diagnosing it:

- If the fault is covered by the warranty, we will repair or exchange the product
- If the fault is not covered by the warranty, we will give you an estimate for repair or exchange
- If no fault is detected, we will invoice you for the cost of the test before sending the product back to you

Return for refund or exchange

 

Right of withdrawal: the customer, an individual and non-professional purchaser, has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal from the contract (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

1/ If you wish to return a new product that is not compatible with your bike, please contact us by e-mail at sav@doctibike.com with the following information: 

- Product invoice
- Reason for return
- Form completed via this link

2/ Our response within 48 hours:

- We will give you a returns number
- You will receive a returns form to fill in and send back to us with the product

- In this case, you will be responsible for returning the product.

3/ Once we have received the product, we will refund or exchange it after checking the condition of the returned product. If your product shows signs of wear or is damaged, a charge will be deducted from your refund to restore it to its original condition. Please protect your product well for transport: be aware that in the event of non-compliance with logistical recommendations, Doctibike cannot be held responsible and repair costs may be invoiced to you.
