How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

Please note that orders paid by cheque take longer to process, as we wait until we receive your cheque before sending your order. The same applies to payment by bank transfer.

Is payment by bank card really secure?

We use the Banque Populaire payment system: Systempay.

Our solution is 3D Secure approved and guarantees maximum security when you pay for your order. Your bank details are never saved, and when the transaction switches to secure mode, a small padlock is displayed at the beginning of the URL of your web page. To ensure maximum security, a code to enter will be sent to the telephone linked to your bank card once your bank details have been entered.

Why has my bankcard been refused?

Your bank card may be refused for the following reasons:

- Your bank card has expired. Remember to check the expiry date.

- You have reached the maximum limit on your bank card. Contact your bank to find out the amount.

- Your bank card details are incorrect. Check that your bank details are correct.

Can I pay in several instalments?

With ALMA, we offer our private customers the option of spreading their payment over several instalments. It's simple, secure and free! If you don't know Alma, go to https://getalma.eu/customers

How does it work?

Choose Alma when you pay. You can pay in 2 or 3 times.

- Simply enter your bank details as you would for a standard payment.

- Your order is validated instantly.

- You will then receive an email with the payment schedule and a reminder 3 days before each due date.

Is paying in instalments with Alma secure?

Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure check to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation text message or a push notification in your banking application to confirm that you initiated the transaction and that it is not fraudulent.

What are the eligibility conditions?

This type of payment is available for all orders between €80 and €2,000.

Cards accepted are those issued in France (Visa, Mastercard and Amex). Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorisation cards are not accepted. Payment in 2 or 3 instalments is also possible for bank cards issued in Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

I would like a refund but I have paid in several instalments with Alma. What should I do?

Alma is our payment partner, but it does not have access to our order management. If you wish to cancel your order or obtain a refund, please contact us at the following address: sav@doctibike.com.

How can I get my invoice

Your paper invoice will be in your parcel on delivery.

You can also consult the electronic version of your invoice in your customer account.

If you are unable to download your invoice from your customer account, please contact us by email at contact@doctibike.com so that we can send it to you as soon as possible.

How to pay by bank transfer ?

Orders paid by bank transfer take longer to process than orders paid by credit card. We wait until we receive your bank transfer before dispatching your order. Please note that bank transfers can take up to 4 working days to process. Here are our bank details:
